It’s an honor to receive the endorsement of the Gun Violence Prevention PAC for re-election to the Cook County Board of Commissioners. G-PAC is one of our state’s most important advocates for gun safety, and has led the fight to get weapons of war off our streets and out of our communities.
As Commissioner, I have had the pleasure of working alongside gun violence prevention advocacy groups to advance legislation and policies that will make Cook County, and all of Illinois, a safer place for all. I pledge to work every day of the next four years to earn this endorsement and fight to end the scourge of gun violence and mass shootings once and for all.
